Administration

Cadet Records

It is very important that all Cadet records stay up to date. In order to do this, the administration office needs your help!

All Cadets are responsible for informing the administration office of any changes of information (ex. address, emergency contact information, phone numbers, health card numbers, etc.)

When changes occur it is essential to bring in a sheet of paper, with the new information on it, on the upcoming training night. Cadets must hand in this information to any of the Administration Staff directly. Cadets may also send a message to the Administration Officer with any information changes.

In the case of a health card expiring, the cadet must bring in a photocopy of the new health card with them on the upcoming parade night. Or, they may see the administration office during a non-training period (ex. before parade or during break) to get a photocopy of their health card made.

The Administration Officer handles all matters pertaining to Membership Application & Renewal Documentation, Event Sign-Ups, and Records Maintenance.

Promotions and Awards Presentation

Promotions and awards are only handed out on the Commanding Officers Parade which is held on the first Thursday of every month. If you miss an award or promotion, you will need to wait until the next Commanding Officers parade to receive it.

Activity Sign-Up

Signing up online lets us know you are interested. Remember to follow up with the OPI of the event to confirm your acceptance and receive any additional documentation (permissions forms, kit lists, etc.)

And Remember: If you sign up, show up!
